SuPAR ComposerBug Report

Bug Report

SuPAR App logs

  • Users can include the log file of the previous run in their bug report. If the SuPAR App crashes without showing the bug report screen, start the app again, go to Settings → Create bug report and include the previous log (file name Player-prev). Only the log of the previous app run is accessible, so the report must be created right after restarting the app following the crash.
  • For OS-level logs, go to iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics → Analytics Data and search for SuPAR. The files are timestamped as SuPAR-YYYY-MM-DD-HHMMSS.ips. Sending this file after a crash is very helpful for understanding what happened; there is no urgency — it can be sent whenever convenient.

See also About → Report a Bug in the App settings.

SuPAR Composer logs

Open the Composer data folder by pasting this path into the File Explorer address bar:

%APPDATA%\..\LocalLow\CDMVision\SuPAR Composer

If the shortcut does not work, browse manually to:

C:\Users\<your user name>\AppData\LocalLow\CDMVision\SuPAR Composer

Send the two files named player.log and player-prev.log to support@supar.eu.
